Our step-by-step process

Initial Consultation
We are pleased to offer a free consultation where we discuss project scope, budget, timelines and answer any other questions you may have.

Design & Building plans
We will coordinator with a designer to create a design plan that incorporates your visions, ideas, and functionality needs.

Estimate & Contract
Once you are satisfied with the building design plan, we will generate a detailed estimate followed by contract signing and a deposit upon contract agreement.

Construction phase
Let us take care of the building permit applications and required documents for construction to begin. Throughout construction, we will do several on-site meetings and walk thru's together to ensure you are satisfied at every stage.

Home Owner Orientation
When construction is complete, we conduct an orientation where we walk you through your home, room by room, explaining how new systems work. We will also go through a list, checking off that everything in each room is functioning to your standards.

Maintenance Guide
Once warranty papers are signed, any further issues will be taken care of. You will be given a maintenance binder from us, outlining aftercare information upon occupying your new home.
