It was in charge of renovations to the 100 Mile House Visitor Info Centre, as well as, The 100 Mile House District Council Chamber and offices.

History of the Company

Thomas Kellermeier founded his construction business in 1998 after immigrating to Canada from Europe. Prior to this he worked for ten years in the family renovation and restoration company, which was founded by his grandfather after WWII.

In 2005 Thomas’ company started to grow significantly and became incorporated as, Kellermeier Contracting Ltd. Currently it employs six fulltime carpenters, framers and apprentices. His wife Heidi manages the office, while Thomas is in charge of the day to day operations visiting the jobsites.

Kellermeier Contracting Ltd has been building quality residential homes since 1998.

Company president, Thomas Kellermeier has over 20 years experience in residential and commercial construction, having worked both in Europe and Canada.
